This small roundabout stands in the junction of Ednam Road (centre and foreground) with Himley Crescent (left) and Dudley Walk (out of frame to the right). For many years, buses running between Wolverhampton town centre and Bilston via Goldthorn Park served the estate by double running along Ednam Road, using this roundabout to return to Goldthorn Hill Road. More recently, they have been diverted via Patricia Avenue to Wolverhampton Road East to serve more of Goldthorn Park. Longer ago, this may have been the terminus of Wolverhampton Corporation motorbus route 26 (to Low Hill via the town centre and Whitmore Reans) before it was subsumed into an enormous circular route in West Midlands PTE days.
