Located at the southern edge of Eurospar. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3505228 Powys County Council notices stress that this is a community recycling site for Powys residents to recycle their *household* waste. Trade waste must not be left here. Persons found to be using these facilities for the disposal of prohibited waste materials may be liable to prosecution under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
