A fire-hydrant cover, on the Stranmillis Road, near the roundabout made (I think) by Peter Savage Limited http://www.peter-savage.co.uk/. It has the date of casting “12 07 04” and the letters “AMP” which might refer to anti-movement patent no 2361500 but (on the other hand) it might not.
