The gate lodge, on the Stranmillis Road, to the Riddel Hall Image The hall was completed, as accommodation for female students, in 1915 to a design by WH Lynn who died shortly afterwards (see also Image). The lodge is from the same date though it’s not known whether Lynn was the architect or SP Close with whom he shared offices.
