This is where the B1201 from N.Thoresby joins the A1031 to North Coates. A right turn from the camera direction obviously entails passing across the front of the red car before turning. But it's a long way round and there's a lot of space on the car's left, hence it is not uncommon (though every stupid) to see cars turning before reaching a car parked at the junction!
