The wood on the hillside overlooks the A465 Abergavenny road south-west of Wormbridge. Although still in Herefordshire, the Welsh names crop up regularly here. The Railway line passes the scene just beyond the hedge at the back of this newly planted piece of woodland. Hazel catkins give the time of year away.
