Nos. 69 & 70 are the remaining Victorian houses in Williamson Street. The premises of C.S. Enterprises (Hull) Limited at Nos. 71 & 72 are probably much-altered houses similar to those at Nos. 69 & 70. The two pairs of semi-detached buildings are separated by Myrtle Avenue.
