Originally St Columba's Free Church (after 1900, St Columba's United Free Church), which served the Gaelic speakers of Aberdeen. In 1907 the Church Commissioners transferred the building to the (continuing) Free Church of Scotland and the St Columba's congregation was evicted, and eventually merged with the High Kirk (part of Triple Kirks). The building is now a nightclub.
