The multi-storey building is in Pellet Street. The NCP car park on the lower levels has space for about 300 cars. Above it is Liberty Bridge, formerly known as Ty Pont Haearn, providing student accommodation. There are 558 single and 71 premium study bedrooms, and 14 studio apartments.
