The summit of Mynydd Dir is a grassy ridge with a low rock outcrop. On the rock is the base of some sort of pylon or antenna, though there is no reference to it that I can find. In the right of the image can be seen the summit of Moelfre Uchaf, our next objective, while the Carneddau make a distant statement. We thought that this was a fitting location for our 1000th square.
