Cobbled wall, The Mount

The wall, which pre-dates the current pavilion, was built c.1840 by Peter Hesketh, Fleetwood's visionary founding father, proclaiming exclusive rights to a footpath. Angry locals knocked part of it down. (See http://wyrearchaeology.blogspot.co.uk/2007/07/short-history-of-fleetwood-mount.html )
