Opened in 1854 by the South Yorkshire Railway on the line from Sheffield to Barnsley via Tinsley, this station closed in 1966. View south west towards Attercliffe and Sheffield. A wider Broughton Lane bridge now covers part of the site and tram tracks in the foreground now run where heavy rail used to.
