This is the route to Gloucester, via Chepstow and Lydney. The line here runs parallel with the railway line to Bristol through the Severn Tunnel. That line is in a cutting on the left, descending towards the western portal of the Severn Tunnel. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/573242
