The panel was designed for the 350th anniversary of the school in 1983. It shows several famous old boys of the school, including David Collins, first governor of Tasmania, and Sir Harry Veitch, plantsman and leading member of the Royal Horticultural Society. In the centre of the panel are the school's founders from 1633. To the right is "The Blue Boy" (George Wall). The background includes references to Exeter and Devon.
