All that remains of the medieval parish church at Moffat in Dumfries and Galloway. The graveyard is one of the most interesting in southern Scotland with so many large stone, nearly all still standing and some from the 16th century. John Loudon Macadam, inventor of the Macadam road system, (tarmacadam) who was born in Ayr, is buried in the old churchyard.
