This modern building, one of a pair linked by a windowed walkway (right), seems to form a deliberate architectural contrast to the main buildings of the Jacobean mansion (Image). It is used as the hotel's bar and brasserie. Behind the buildings construction work is progressing suggesting further expansion of the hotel is planned
