Built in the 1950s and promoted to a dedicated Cancer Hospital in 1995 ... one of only three in the UK. Part of Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Sometimes mistakenly described as Western Park Hospital due to its proximity to a major road called Western Bank ... Weston Park is also close-by and this also suffers from the same name error.
