Opened in 1866 by the South Yorkshire Railway on what is now the line from Doncaster to Cleethorpes, this station closed in 1966. View south west towards Kirk Sandall and Doncaster. There was an island platform with a footbridge over to the main station building which was situated roughly where the distant break in the trees on the right is.
