The post-war YHANI youth hostel expansion into Co Fermanagh included this little farmhouse hostel, from 1945 until October 1950. It was located 1/2 mile from the border with Co Leitrim, on the south shore of Lough Macnean Lower. There were beds for 8 men and 8 women. Kindly contact if you have any further information about these early YHANI hostels. The grid reference has been taken from the NI one-inch sheet, 1978.
