Until 2008 this was the Robinson's tied house the Buck & Hawthorn. The name doesn't commemorate a lady called Katherine Cavendish; it lies on the corner of Katherine Street and Cavendish Street. From 2009 to 2012 it was home kitchen and bedroom firm Katherine Cavendish Fitted Interiors Ltd but the company appears to have gone to the wall and the building is for sale/let.
