Woollen Mill Workers Cottages

These cottages were built in the 19th century for woollen mill workers. There were 40 mills clustered in this area. The Woollen Museum in nearby Drefach-Velindre tells the story of how important this traditional rural industry was to this place at the time of the Industrial Revolution.
