This is the paved area outside the entrance to Testwood Lakes study centre - the carved wooden goose reminds you that this site is a nature reserve, in part designed to attract wildfowl. The centre is run by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, and is usually open at weekends. The reserve itself is open all year round.
