As part of the 'Sea Change' initiative devised by the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment, Weston-super-Mare embraced it as the Wonders of Weston programme of 2008-10. most of the various artworks produced are based in central Weston naturally, but this one is well off the beaten track - and it seems off the official map!
