A “Blue Nose” bar, on the Upper Newtownards Road, closed and offered for sale. The agents’ description includes “The property comprises a two storey licensed premises of traditional construction with part pitched roof with natural slate covering and part flat roof to the side and rear of the premises”. The view is from the Belfast side. This photograph appears as a matter of record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the sale. Image shows the view from the Newtownards side. The premises are now back in use – see Image (October 2013).
