Public house seen from under the railway bridge crossing Corn Hill. I'm pretty sure I once had a lunchtime drink here with the laboratory staff from the nearby Royal Hospital - behaviour that could get you dismissed nowadays. Even as recently as the late 1980s/early 1990s there was still some lunchtime boozing by NHS staff; not sure anybody would admit to it in 2013.
