As seen from the footbridge between Coleman Road and Ivyhouse Road. The two lines on the right are used by the District Lines Underground trains heading towards Dagenham Heathway. The two lines on the right (one with a train on), are used by the main line on the London Tilbury and Southend Railway. Heading towards Upminister Station.
