Opened in 1848 by the Great Northern Railway on its line from Peterborough to Boston and Grimsby. View north towards Surfleet and Boston. The platform on the left was an island platform until the 1980s and there was a further platform to the left of that, as evidenced by the length of the footbridge. Lifts were added to the footbridge in 2020.
