There is also a previous application “Z/2012/1287/F St. Donard's Church 2-10 Bloomfield Road Belfast BT5 5LT Proposed new Parish Centre for St Donard's Parish Church. Proposal involves the demolition of existing Youth Hall. New Parish Centre to be single storey and linked to existing Church Building”.
