Originally by Benjamin Latrobe, c1791, but remodelled by Herbert Baker, 1932-33. The colonnade on the left may be Latrobe's. Grade II* listed. It has been converted into offices and flats. Latrobe later had an illustrious career in the US, designing the Capitol Building. The date of the photo is uncertain.
