Windermere House

Windermere House is an 11 storey tower block on Undercroft Close, on the northern side of Vincent Drive, on the Vincent Drive Estate in Selly Oak, South Birmingham. Plans for the block were approved in 1965 and it was completed in 1967 by Bryant using the Bison construction method. It contains 42 flats, and its sister block is Thirlmere House, a short distance south east. http://ukhousing.wikia.com/wiki/Windermere_House The weather in late March was unseasonably cold and snowy.
