It's February and the water is fairly cold; still the call of the spring salmon cannot be resisted! With a 15 foot long fly rod in one hand and camera in the other my intention was to show the sport literally from the angler's point of view. Within seconds of this picture being taken a fish did take the fly and if you look at the other pictures in this series you will see the results.
