Hutchings Way, which looks like a former council housing estate, is a steep loop off Mill Lane. Across the Coombe valley are the properties lining the private road Thornley Drive. The more recent Yannons developments above. The turrets of Yannon Towers itself can be seen to the right of a mast on the right skyline Image in Image The amount of greenery on the hillside is surprising; there are still parts of Teignmouth that defy development – so far.
