A Dennis Dart SLF/Plaxton Pointer lays over between journeys on infrequent route 35 to Havenbaulk Avenue, on Babington Lane in Derby city centre. (This route now terminates on Gower Street, which is the street off to the right behind the bus.) This part of the city centre has a rather neglected feel to it, with many empty retail units, in contrast with the Westfield shopping centre a short distance to the east. The bus belongs to Notts & Derby, but was previously operated by fellow Wellglade Group operation TrentBarton.
