Formerly a Wilson's pub and more recently John Smith's, the Pomona (Hotel) on Reddish Lane Image, Gorton has been derelict for years. In 2007 planning permission for 9 two storey 4-bed houses was granted but that has since lapsed. A local at the bus stop told me there was asbestos inside.
