This train is emerging from the eastern portal of the sub-surface Metropolitan Line tunnel that stretches under Euston Road and Marylebone Road as far as Edgware Road station, 3.5km away. The building to the right is the adjacent and now defunct Kings Cross Thameslink station Image Viewed from St Chad's Place.
