The building society office is at 120 Holton Road. Next door on the right, there is a To Let sign on the former premises of Clinton Cards. This was one of 350 Clinton Cards shops which ceased trading after the company entered administration in May 2012. On the right is a branch of Dorothy Perkins (women's clothing retailer).
