With two-thirds of the residential area of Bramcote behind the photographer, Town Street becomes Chilwell Lane here and this canyon-like cutting allows the road to continue on towards Chilwell. The grounds of St John's (Anglican) Theological College are located ahead at the end of the cutting, on the left, just beyond where the foliage appear to meet.
