The rusty tanks are inside this http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3377854 site at the northern end of Abergavenny bus station. The tanks are likely to be a relic of the time when this site was Red and White's Monmouth Road bus depot. Derv (or DERV) is diesel engine fuel oil. Derv is an acronym for diesel engined road vehicle.
