The early 15th century building is located in Market Square. Yelde Hall is a medieval form of Guild Hall (town hall). Grade I listing (the highest category) was awarded in April 1950. The Yelde Hall is now part of the Chippenham Museum and Heritage Service. At the September 2012 date of this view, there was a Great War exhibition inside the hall.
