Image: © Albert Bridge Taken: 7 Jun 1980

Image showed the view towards Ballygawley from the eastern bridge on the Stangmore roundabout. This view is in the same direction from the western bridge. The line was built with the intention of providing a motorway but, at the time of the photograph, a single-carriageway bypass was under construction (visible in the background). It opened in October 1980.
