Work progressing on new Magistrates' Court, Newport

Viewed across Usk Way in mid March 2013. Work is in progress on the southern side of the new magistrates' court. Work began here in the summer of 2011. The new building will contain four courtrooms and holding cells. The existing magistrates' court in Clytha Park Road was declared unfit for purpose more than a decade ago.
