Ash Lane fords Clayhill Brook

This brook originates to the southwest of Burghfield Common and flows through Omer's Gully to reach the ford. It's a challenging ford for vehicles without adequate ground clearance, due to the steepness of the approach and exit slopes. They already exhibit several scrapes and gouges. From here the brook continues towards the gravel pits west of Burghfield Mill and ultimately the Kennet.
