This somewhat surprising addition to the street furniture in Frodsham was the idea of two artists, Frank Spinello and Kaety Moon, who planned to highlight Frodsham as an extension to the 2012 Liverpool Biennial Festival of Contemporary Art. http://www.chesterchronicle.co.uk/chester-news/local-chester-news/2012/09/13/frodsham-mums-are-preparing-to-graffiti-the-town-with-knitting-59067-31823491/ (I assume it is crochet work, but I'm not an expert!)
