Located alongside the road from Talybont-on-Usk to Aber village. Nearby locations are Cui Celyn, Cui Parc and Cui Bridge over a stream named Cwm Cwy. It looks like Cui is a sort-of Anglicised version of Cwy though Cui doesn't look English anyway. Perhaps the spelling Cooey was deemed inappropriate...
