Bradford's civic art gallery in Lister Park, looking across the Mughal Water Gardens. The hall was named after Edmund Cartwright, inventor of the power loom, and was opened in 1904 with a collection of Victorian and Edwardian works donated by local inventor and industrialist Samuel Lister.
