Opened in 1841 as "Harlow" by the Northern & Eastern Railway, later part of the Great Eastern Railway on what is now the line from London Liverpool Street to Cambridge. The name was changed to "Harlow Mill" in 1960 to differentiate it from Image Forecourt.
