To be legally enforceable, what are the minimum requirements for indicating a speed limit? There is no pole with a speed limit sign along this road, http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3362222 only a 15 in a circle on the road surface, and three parallel yellow lines, the significance of which I don't know.
