The sign is in Hole in the Wall Street, on the side of this http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3360816 town centre pub. There is an element of humour (or perhaps social commentary?) in the portrayal in the lower right corner. The banner above the capitalist shows I PAY FOR ALL, but underneath a smaller caption shows I TAKE ALL. Alongside is a small red devil, pitchfork in hand.
