An afternoon’s autumnal stroll near Hardwick Hall in Derbyshire. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/335717 (behind the viewpoint) : Previous -- (18 of 27) -- Next : (ahead) http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/335803 This photograph of Newbound Lane was taken near a private entrance to Hardwick Park Farm. The photograph also shows the limit of the metalled surface in the lane. Around the corner (ahead, where the lane meets the line of trees) the lane comes to a gate, which is the entrance to Dovedale Farm. At this point there is a footpath (left) into the trees. The walk continues in a westerly (ahead) direction along Newbound Lane and then onto the footpath (left) into the woodland.
