This is about as well as the site can be seen from the roadside at Dalreoch, on the other side of the railway line. The Dennystown Forge site for travelling persons was established by West Dunbartonshire Council in 1981, with twenty pitches. The name of the site indicates the industries that were formerly located here: see Image Background details include the Image on the left, and the escarpment of Image on the right.
